- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 lb. bacon, cut 1-inch
- 3/4 c. chopped onion (fine)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp and onion golden. Add wine.

2Cook over low heat until wine evaporates.

3Add cream and heat gently.

4Do not boil.

5In a large pasta dish, beat eggs, cheese, pepper, parsley and nutmeg.

6Mix in spaghetti and coat well as quickly as possible.

7Pour in bacon mixture.

8Stir quickly.

9Add salt to taste.
