- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 lb. cooked, drained spaghetti
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef until cooked; drain.

2Saute onion and green pepper in a little oil; drain.

3Mix together with soup, water and 1/2 cup cheese and blend into cooked spaghetti.

4Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup grated Cheddar.

5Bake in 350°

6oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
