  • 14 kg spaghetti, cooked
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 12 cup evaporated milk
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 cup cream

Directions

    Melt butter over low heat.

    Saute beef bouillon until crumbled.

    Add milk, 1/4 cup water, cheese, 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tsp iodized rock salt) and 1/8 tsp pepper.

    Simmer for 3 minutes.

    Stir in cream.

    Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti.
