- 14 kg spaghetti, cooked
- 14 cup butter
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 12 cup evaporated milk
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup cream
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat.

2Saute beef bouillon until crumbled.

3Add milk, 1/4 cup water, cheese, 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tsp iodized rock salt) and 1/8 tsp pepper.

4Simmer for 3 minutes.

5Stir in cream.

6Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti.
