  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Add shrimp and garlic; cook until shrimp are opaque.
