- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 1/2 soup cans water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz. vermicelli (uncooked), broken in pieces
Directions

1Saute meat, onion and garlic in butter.

2Add mushrooms, corn and soup with water.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Add vermicelli.

5Cover.

6Start at 350° for 30 minutes, then turn to 200° for about 30 minutes.

7Serves 4 to 6.

8Recipe can be doubled for larger casserole.
