  • 1 lb. Prosciutto (Italian ham or lean bacon)
  • 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream (or half and half)
