- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, combine bacon and oil.

2Cook over low heat until bacon is rendered.

3Add garlic and cook until bacon is crisp.

4In a serving bowl, beat eggs well.

5Cook spaghetti until done; drain well.

6Stir large forkful into eggs.

7Add remaining spaghetti and toss.

8Add the cheese and toss again.

9Add the bacon and serve immediately.
