- 3/4 lb. bacon
- small amount olive oil
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 eggs
- small amount of milk
Directions

1Saute bacon, olive oil and garlic.

2(Bacon should be done, but not crisp.)

3Drain off fat, leaving 1 to 2 tablespoons.

4Beat eggs and add milk.

5Cook and drain pasta.

6Pour bacon over pasta. Add cheese and stir.
