- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 10 slices bacon, diced
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; drain.

2While spaghetti is cooking, cook bacon in frying pan until crisp; drain on paper towels, saving 2 tablespoons pan drippings.

3Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and reserved pan drippings together.

4Place hot spaghetti in heated serving bowl.

5Add egg mixture, tossing well.

6Add bacon; toss again and serve PRONTO!
