- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 8 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- pine nuts (optional)
- parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook bacon well.

2Drain most of the fat.

3Add tomato sauce and parsley.

4Simmer 10 minutes.

5Beat eggs in a cup.

6Boil spaghetti in salted water (al dente).

7Drain spaghetti and pour back in hot pan.

8Pour eggs on spaghetti and toss.

9Add sauce, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
