Spaghetti Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small box spaghetti

Directions

    Brown meat with onions and peppers.

    Add sauce, stewed tomatoes and soup.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti as directed on box (break spaghetti into 3 or 4 pieces).

    Add spaghetti into mixture.

    Pour in baking dish 13 x 9-inch and sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
