  • 3 cups water (or more, depending on how thick you want your sauce)
  • 1 12 lbs spaghetti noodles
  • 2 (8 ounce) packagesshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) packageshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) packageshredded monterey jack cheese (mix all shredded cheese together before layering)
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese (or more)
