Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

• 8 -10 hot Italian sausage links, cut into pieces
• 1 good sized onion, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 -2 green pepper, sliced (red and yellow pepper are great too)
• salt and pepper
• 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked and drained (you may not need the whole package)
• 4 cups canned crushed tomatoes (2 26 oz. cans)
• 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes (optional)
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 4 tablespoons flour
