Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Butter in cold skillet; add garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Add meat and brown; drain.

2Add tomato sauce.

3Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

4Cook spaghetti.

5Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onion.

6Place spaghetti in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with cream cheese mixture and then meat mixture.

7Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
