- 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions

1Cook beef, onion and pepper in margarine until lightly browned.

2Add soups and water and simmer about 5 minutes.

3Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked spaghetti in 3-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
