- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Put butter in a cold skillet.

2Add garlic and mash with sugar, salt and pepper.

3Cook until butter is melted.

4Add meat and brown.
-
5Add tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.

6Cook spaghetti.

7Mix cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
