- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork bulk sausage
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 c. hot, cooked spaghetti
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese (about 3 oz.)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Cook and stir ground beef and pork bulk sausage until light brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Slice 3 rings from green pepper.

3Reserve rings for garnish. Chop remaining ingredients except cheese into meat.

4Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Top with green pepper rings.

5Bake 5 minutes.
