- 16 small fresh jalepenos/serrano chile peppers
- 8 oz. queso blanco/ mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 4 L eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups peanut oil

11.Slice off tops and remove the seeds. 2.Cut cheese to fit into peppers and insert. Fit tops back in place using toothpicks if necessary. 3. Place cornmeal into a bowl and the egss into another adding salt and whisk well. place the peppers into the egg mix and then coat in the cornmeal. place caoted peppers into heated skillet and fry until evenly browned. About 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
