Spaghetti Crescent Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 c. cooked spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

    Brown meat and onion; drain.

    Stir in sauce mix and spaghetti sauce; heat until hot and bubbly.

    Combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream.

    Spread spaghetti into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour meat mixture over spaghetti.

    Spoon cheese mixture over meat.

    Separate crust dough into two rectangles and place over cheese mixture.

    Combine Parmesan cheese and margarine. Crumble evenly over the dough.
