- 1/8 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, rinsed and cooled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch each of oregano and basil
- olive oil (for frying)
Directions

1Blend all ingredients together, and brown on one side in a small frying pan in a bit of olive oil.

2Top with more cheese, and place under broiler until crusty and lightly browned on top. Serves 2 to 3 as an antipasto.
