- 1/2 to 2 c. cooked ham
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can tomatoes, cut up with juice
- 8 oz. spaghetti
Directions

1Cook and drain spaghetti accordingly.

2Saute ham, onion, pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until onion is clear. Butter a 2-quart casserole.

3Put a layer of spaghetti in bottom of casserole, follow with a layer of ham mixture, Cheddar cheese and then a layer of tomatoes.

4The top layer should be cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
