- 2 lb. spaghetti
- 5 oz. butter
- 4 qt. water
- 5 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.

2Do not overcook; it is preferable that spaghetti be firm.

3After draining, place spaghetti in a large shallow saucepan.

4Add tomato sauce and cheese.

5Stir mixture over heat until the cheese melts and forms strands.

6Arrange spaghetti in a serving platter.

7Sprinkle with cheese and dot with pieces of butter.
