- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese, drained
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine 1 egg, Parmesan and butter.

2Add spaghetti and toss to coat.

3Turn into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Press mixture against bottom and sides to form an even crust.

4In a small bowl, combine remaining egg and cottage cheese.

5Spread over spaghetti crust.

6Set aside.

7In skillet, brown beef, onion and green pepper.

8Drain.

9Stir in spaghetti sauce.

10Cook until heated.

11Spoon meat mixture over cottage cheese layer.

12Bake, uncovered, in a 350°

13oven for 20 minutes.

14Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes.

15Let stand 5 minutes and serve in wedges.
