- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan chese
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

2Stir butter into hot spaghetti.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into crust in a 10-inch pie pan.

4Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust.

5In skillet, cook beef and onion until tender and meat is brown.

6Drain fat.

7Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

8Heat through.

9Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust.
