- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain and stir butter into hot spaghetti.

2Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese.

3Press spaghetti mixture into a buttered 10-inch pie plate.

4In large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables tender.

5Drain off fat.

6Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

7Heat through.

8Spread Ricotta cheese over spaghetti crust.

9Top with meat mixture and bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350°.

10Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

11Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
