Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 c. Ricotta
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce (you may want more)
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Toss spaghetti with butter or oil.

4Combine with eggs, 1/2 cup Parmesan and 3/4 cup Mozzarella.

5Put in pie plate; press lightly into place.

6Spread with Ricotta; top with sauce (you can add some cooked turkey Italian sausage to sauce).

7Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

8Top with remaining Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more, until melted.

9Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan.

10Cool 10 minutes and serve.
