- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 lb. beef or ground sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.

3Form into crust in buttered 10-inch pie plate.

4In skillet, cook meat, onions and green pepper until tender and brown.

5Drain off excess fat.

6Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano, salt and garlic salt.

7Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust.

8Fill pie with tomato mixture. Cover with foil and chill 2 to 24 hours.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60 minutes.

10Uncover, sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more.
