  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 large jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Place the cooked, drained spaghetti in a large greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch).

    Mix beaten egg and milk; pour over spaghetti.

    Spread drained and browned ground beef over spaghetti. Pour the spaghetti sauce evenly over spaghetti mixture.

    Add chopped onion, bell pepper and mushrooms.

    Sprinkle cheese over all.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
