- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dried crushed oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Drain.

3Stir in butter until melted.

4Add Parmesan cheese and egg.

5Mix well.

6Form mixture into crust in a greased pie pan or small cake pan.

7In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.

8Drain off any grease.

9Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

10Heat through.

11Spread tomato mixture over spaghetti crust.

12Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

13Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
