- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes (8 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook ground beef; drain.

2Cook spaghetti (3 cups); stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Place spaghetti as crust in pie pan or casserole dish.

4Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti. Spread ground beef over cottage cheese.

5Bake 20 minutes at 300°. Then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.

6Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 6.
