- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain.

2Stir butter and eggs into hot spaghetti.

3Add Parmesan cheese.

4Mix well.

5Form spaghetti mixture into crust in greased 10-inch pie plate.

6Spread cottage cheese on top of spaghetti.

7In skillet, brown ground meat and onion until tender; drain off fat.

8Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through.

9Turn mixture into spaghetti crust.

10Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.

11Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted, about 5 minutes.
