- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- basil to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (topping)
Directions

1Cook spaghetti al dente and drain.

2Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Chop well with a knife and fork.

4Form in 2 buttered 10-inch pie plates.
