Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- dash of oregano
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
Directions

1Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

2In a bowl, blend milk and egg.

3Add spaghetti; toss to coat.

4Spread spaghetti in a jelly roll pan that has been coated with nonstick spray.

5In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.

6Add onion, green pepper and garlic.

7Drain off the fat.

8Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

9Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti; top with mushrooms and cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

11Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
