- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. slivered green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
- 1 c. diced, seeded tomato
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- salt and pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in medium frypan.

2Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.

3Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occasionally.

4Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti; toss well to coat.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
