  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) thin spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook spaghetti as recommended on box.

    Rinse in colander and drain.

    Add oil and vinegar and mix well.

    Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.

    Add onion and pimentos.

    Beat mayonnaise and heavy cream together and mix well with spaghetti before serving.
