Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 1 large can black olives, cut up
  • 3 cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large stick pepperoni, cut in pieces
  • 1 brick muenster cheese (about 1/2 lb.), cubed
  • 1 - 8 oz. Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
  • 1 - 2.75 oz. McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 1 large red onion, cut up
  • 3 medium tomatoes, kept in reserve

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except tomatoes, and refrigerate over night. The next day, (since seasonings drain to the bottom) mix well. Then add tomatoes, cut up.

    Can be served on lettuce leaves or as a side dish. Makes a good buffet dish.

    OPTIONAL: Can add cut up fresh mushrooms, green or red peppers, chunks of chicken or tuna, celery, other cheeses, etc.
