- 1 box (16-ounces) spaghetti, cooked
- Vegetables of choice (onion, celery, carrots, green and red peppers, etc.)
- 1 cup white (or Balsamic) vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lite salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Grated cheese to taste
Directions

1Put cooked spaghetti and vegetables in a bowl; set aside.

2Combine vinegar, oil, seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and cheese.

3Mix well. Pour over spaghetti and vegetables. Marinate 24 hours.
