  • 1 box (16-ounces) spaghetti, cooked
  • Vegetables of choice (onion, celery, carrots, green and red peppers, etc.)
  • 1 cup white (or Balsamic) vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lite salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Grated cheese to taste

Directions

    Put cooked spaghetti and vegetables in a bowl; set aside.

    Combine vinegar, oil, seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and cheese.

    Mix well. Pour over spaghetti and vegetables. Marinate 24 hours.
