- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 4 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. cubed Mozzarella cheese
- 4 to 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- black olives
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Drain well. Add cubed cheeses and chopped vegetables.

3Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

4Add the bottle of dressing and toss.

5Allow to set for several hours or overnight.
