Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped (I like to leave some of the peel on for color)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped (add just before serving)
  • 1 can pitted ripe olives
  • 1 recipe Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing, mixed
  • 1 bottle Durkee Salad Supreme or McCormick Salad Seasoning

Directions

    Break spaghetti and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and blanch with cold water.

    Toss with remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, and marinate overnight.

    Add tomatoes just before serving.

    This will keep in the refrigerator up to one week.
