  • 1 lb. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pieces
  • 1 lb. celery, cut in small pieces
  • 2 green peppers, cut in small pieces
  • 5 carrots, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cook spaghetti until tender. Add salt and pepper. Rinse and drain. Cook sugar, egg and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour liquid over spaghetti while hot. Add chopped and sliced vegetables. Chill.
