Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pounds spaghetti
- 3 medium tomatoes diced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 each cucumbers diced
- 1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions diced or use one regular onion
- 1 medium green bell peppers chopped
- 6 ounces salad dressing, italian small bottle or jar
- 1 x ham chopped (optional)
Directions

1Cook spaghetti.

2Drain, rinse, & cool.

3Rinse with cold water again and drain well.

4Add all other ingredients; mix well.

5Taste and add any salt, pepper, etc.

6as desired.

7Adjust and add more tomatoes, green onions, etc.

8as needed.

9In the summertime, add some chopped fresh basil and oregano.

10Let stand at least 2 hrs.

11(The longer this stands the better, so this can be easily made & refrigerated the night before.)

12Optional: Add any chopped meat.

13Chopped ham is the best.

14Note: This recipe makes a lot, but can be easily halved.
