Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (12 oz.)
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion, garlic and bell pepper.

2Drain excess grease.

3In a large saucepan (4-quart), combine remaining ingredients.

4Refill tomato paste and sauce cans with water and add.

5Add ground beef mixture.

6Simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes.

7Makes enough sauce for 1 pound of pasta.
