Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 big onions, chopped fine
- 1 pod garlic, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (18 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 (12 oz.) tomato puree
- 8 shakes of hot sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Brown meat and mash (no big chunks).

2Add onions, garlic and flour, salt it.

3Add garlic powder.

4Mix tomato paste with 1 can water.

5Mix tomato puree with 2 cans water.

6Pour over meat mixture.

7Then add sugar and hot sauce, stir well.

8Bring to boil. Cook slow.

9Stir every 20 minutes.

10Cook 6 hours.
