- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can Chef Boyardee with meat
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain.

2Add all ingredients to hamburger, mixing well.

3Let simmer until onion is very tender (approximately 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat, covered).

4Stir often to avoid sticking.

5Add 1/4 cup of water (or less) if mixture appears too dry.

6For best results, cook mixture at least 6 hours in crock-pot on low setting.
