- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Shape hamburg into meatballs while onions and peppers are sauteing in oil and black pepper.

2When onions are clear, add meatballs and cook until done. Place rest of ingredients in 4-quart pan. Add meatballs when done.

3Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
