Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground veal, pork and beef (1/2 lb. of each)
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 1/4 lb. chopped onion
  • 1/4 clove garlic, cut fine
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 sprigs chopped parsley
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato puree
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown meats.

    Add onions, garlic, green pepper and parsley. Cook until slightly brown.
