- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. canned mushrooms
Directions

1Brown ground beef in frying pan until well separated. Transfer to 3-quart saucepan.

2Cook onion, pepper and garlic cloves in same frying pan.

3Add to ground beef in saucepan.

4Add salt and pepper to ground beef.

5Add soup (undiluted) and cook over low heat several hours, stirring occasionally.

6Add mushrooms just before serving.

7Serve over thin spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
