- 1 large green pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

1Brown turkey; then place in saucepan.

2Using smallest holes on shredder, shred only the meat part of the green pepper, throwing the skin away.

3Also using smallest holes on shredder, shred onion. Place onion and pepper with their juices along with spaghetti sauce in saucepan with turkey.

4Simmer abut 20 minutes or desired thickness.
