- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crumble ground beef in heated frypan.

2Cook and stir until lightly browned.

3Finely chop onion, green pepper and celery.

4Add to ground beef and cook until tender.

5Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

6Cover and cook slowly about 1 hour or until thickened.

7Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
