- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- parsley, chopped (handful)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 large cans Contadina tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown miso (from health food store)
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Saute first six ingredients in olive oil.

2Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, miso and mushrooms.

3Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
