Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • parsley, chopped (handful)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 large cans Contadina tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown miso (from health food store)
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Saute first six ingredients in olive oil.

    Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, miso and mushrooms.

    Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
